Twin Prism facilitation process

Clients usually ask for an outline of the Twin Prism process for effective group facilitation.  For me it includes:

Using proven, structured facilitation methods, I can help participants identify and review their underlying assumptions, and guide the group to consensus, knowing that increased understanding leads to increased acceptance and ownership of the outcomes.
